The three-stage circular design.
Our integrated systems process raw seawater into ultra-pure municipal supply and dry crystalline minerals. We completely bypass the need for destructive ocean outfall pipes through advanced thermal recovery.
01. Marine-Safe Intake
Low-velocity intake systems prevent marine life entrainment. We draw raw seawater through subterranean sand beds for natural pre-filtration before it ever reaches the high-pressure reverse osmosis membranes.
02. High-Recovery RO
High-pressure reverse osmosis membranes optimized for maximum recovery rates extract pure water with exceptionally low energy draw, concentrating the remaining fluid into a manageable mineral stream.
03. Thermal Crystallization
Instead of discharging toxic brine back into the ocean, our zero-liquid-discharge thermal system evaporates the remaining concentrate, leaving only dry, marketable industrial salts for commercial use.
